Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns & Refunds (30 Days)

You may request a return for an exchange, or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • With original tags, tickets, and packaging intact

This policy applies to all purchases, including promotional offers such as Buy One, Get One Free (BOGO).

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered and include all original packaging.

Before sending anything back, we ask that you email us clear photos of the item(s) for an initial review. If items are returned damaged, dirty, or missing packaging, our team will assess their condition and determine the appropriate refund amount.

How to Return an Item

Return address will be provided by email only after you contact our support team.

⚠️ Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without authorization may be lost, and we may be unable to process a refund.

All returns must be shipped with tracking. Once shipped, please email us:

  • A photo of your shipping receipt

  • Your tracking number

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Refund Amounts

  • Non-promotional purchases:
    Eligible for a 100% refund of the product price (excluding original and return shipping fees).
    If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • BOGO purchases:
    Please refer to the BOGO section below for refund details.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Exchange for a higher-priced item of the same product type: pay the price difference.

  • Exchange for a lower-priced item of the same product type: we’ll refund the difference.

Shipping & Additional Fees

  • A $5 fee may be deducted from your refund for missing or damaged packaging.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Processing Time

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds or exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days

  • Refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable.

Buy One, Get One Free (BOGO) Orders

  • Returning one item only: 50% of the item value will be refunded

  • Returning both paid and free items: full refund of the paid item amount

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us strictly within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • A clear photo/video showing the damaged item or issue
