We are committed to delivering our high-performance collection to you as swiftly and securely as possible, wherever your journey takes you. Below, you will find everything you need to know about our global shipping timeframes, processing standards, and the optional insurance we offer to ensure your order arrives exactly as expected.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping method:

  • United States: 7-15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 10-12 business days

  • Australia: 6–15 business days

  • Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Other International Locations: 5–30 business days, depending on destination

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to local customs procedures. Once a package reaches customs, release timelines are outside of our control.

📦 Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on orders over US$80

  • Orders under US$80 incur a flat shipping fee of US$7.87

Shipping Insurance (Optional)

We offer optional Shipping Insurance at checkout for US$9.17.

  • If shipping insurance is purchased and your package is lost, stolen, or misdirected, we will reship your order at no additional cost.

  • If shipping insurance is not purchased, delivery issues must be resolved directly with the courier. We are unable to offer free replacements or refunds unless official proof from the courier confirms the package was lost, stolen, or misdelivered. In such cases, we may reship the order upon verification.

We highly recommend adding shipping insurance for peace of mind.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing may be delayed due to:

  • Incomplete payment

  • Incorrect or missing address details

  • High seasonal order volumes

If additional information is required, our team will contact you via email before proceeding with shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Refunds or replacements cannot be provided except in the following case:

  • You notify us within 4 hours of placing your order, and the order has not yet been shipped

If the order has already been shipped or the courier is unable to update the address, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.

We aim to provide address-related updates within 24–48 hours.

Order Cancellations & Changes

You may request order cancellations or changes (such as color, quantity, or strap size) within 4 hours of placing your order by contacting support@vellora.us.com.

  • Requests made after 4 hours cannot be guaranteed, as orders enter processing immediately.

  • If we are able to cancel an order after this period, a US$15 cancellation fee will apply to cover production and processing costs.

  • Pre-order items cannot be cancelled due to limited availability and demand-based production.

Order Re-Delivery & Address Changes

If an incorrect address is provided, please notify us immediately.

  • Address changes requested after 8 hours from order placement cannot be accommodated.

  • If re-delivery is required due to an address error, a US$8.99 fee will apply to cover courier re-labeling and re-delivery costs.

Returned Packages (RTS – Return to Sender)

Packages may be returned due to reasons such as:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Recipient unavailable or unreachable

  • Package not collected within the courier’s holding period

If your package is returned to us, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Reshipment for a redelivery fee of US$8.99

  • Order cancellation, subject to a US$15 processing deduction

Factors That May Affect Delivery

Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays or peak seasons

  • Customs inspections

  • Courier operational delays

We will always share updates as soon as information becomes available.

Taxes & Duties

Orders do not include customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

For accurate rates, please contact your local customs office. Vellora is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
